  Rude and disrespectful employees, I was downloading the app and trying to make an account to order on my phone but was taking to long for them so they tried to kick me out. I felt so unwelcome with their rude comments to me right in front of other customers that I took my food and walked down and ate outside. I even asked for sauce which they said it was in the box but it wasn’t so I had to come back inside to get it and again was told it was in the box but I checked the whole thing and it wasn’t. Now I’m sitting out here and of course not one napkin but there’s no way I’m going back in there now, I think they’ve already embarrassed me enough.

  Food was great but the lady at the counter was totally unfriendly. Store is right by Fairview Hospital in Cleveland Ohio

  Why is it now? When you go to a fast food restaurant and you go through the drive through. You are waiting 18 minutes for your food. And the reason they give is because four other people came in and ordered after you did. My question to them was, why did I sit? And wait eighteen minutes for them to get their food when I ordered first. Please lord, explain all this to me.Fast food has gone to hell and a handbasket.Thank you so much

  Incredibly rude staff, wont be back. Came in to order for two offices for all staff who have come to work during these storms, ready to spend over $100. Asked to use the restroom and whatever gremlin you have in charge of customer service, that hates her job, told me I cant go to the bathroom unless I pay. I literally had an order for 12 people and needed to pee before I placed the order, she rolled her eyes and told me to get behind paying customers she doesnt have the time to unlock the bathroom. So I left and will never be back. Im sure your manager is thrilled that you just treated someone picking up food for all these people, like a bum off the streets. Maybe dont work in customer service if you have zero idea how to treat a customer.
