    Worst Arby's I've ever been to! Fries were cold and nasty, no lids for cups, the dining area is filthy! There were 4 employees doing absolutely nothing, as it wasn't busy at all! They sat around while there were messes that clearly needed to be dealt with, lids needed filled, the bathroom wasn't any better. Very unfriendly staff. Sad day at Arby's

    Came in for lunch, nice, clean dining room and the young lady, Nautica who took my order was very kind and personanable. Food was good and hot, the meat and 3 box is a really good deal!

    Had a long and exhausting day at work. Wanted to get something to eat. Was waiting almost 30 minutes and nobody took my order. I'm very displeased. I took my business to McDonald's cause I knew they would help me immediately

    The manager was rudely dismissive to customers. Also, my order had incorrect condiments, even though I had specified in the app. The restaurant interior cleanliness was very bad … noticeable pieces of trash on the floor including right in front of the counter, as well as food residue all over the self-serve stand and trash cans. The fries were cold and flavorless and the sandwich was a smashed hockey puck. The whole thing ended by getting my own condiments from the stand … and then without saying a word the manager and an employee came over and started refilling them WHILE I was in the middle of it. Quite possibly the worst Arby’s experience I’ve had. Unfortunate since I’ve had good experiences here before. I went from shocked disbelief over everything to feeling bad for them because they seemed to actually care nothing about their jobs nor their own store.

    I got a DoorDash order and they didn’t even give me the right food and the bag was open when I got it, and no drink or nothing . So idk what yall got going on but it isn’t right at all. Like who gives food like that , for a DoorDash and not give the right freaking foood with the bag open and ripped
