  Waited over an hour for no food. People at other tables that got there after us had food in no time. I know our waiter was new from what we got out of it. There was no manger on the floor checking on tables like other restaurants do. The hostess was on her phone at a table when we were waiting to be seated. As we left she wasn’t there and there was a long line out the door as we left. Will not return to this location. When we said we had to leave he said sorry we are busy. The parking lot was dead. So no excuses.

  Not what it use to be, I was there 3 and half hours (not by choice). If I wasn't with some family members I would have cancel my order and left.

  Really has gone down. In every category. They had one little waitress, waiting on all tables.

  This is the worst Bdubs I’ve ever been to. We waited 30 min for drinks. It was also empty… I will never stop here again. Might not even visit another bdubs again because of this experience

  Bad service, after waiting 50 minutes they missed part of my order intentionally because when I returned to them they brought it to me with no notice from me! Additionally I figured they didn’t put the vegetables and didn’t notify me and when I told them they said we don’t have any. They wasted my time
