  The boneless chicken looked as if someone took the box and shook it to the point of falling apart. There were broken pieces of chicken in the box. Then my vegetables and dip were missing. The taste was good but we were disappointed about the missing sides. Always check you bag for pickup orders before you walk out their doors.

  If i could rate this lower then 1 star i would! This was the worst experience ever dining at this location. Not only did they give my order to someone else FRED THE SHIFT MANAGER DID NOTHING! He did not address the issue with me nor apologize for the error! He simple walk to the kitchen and had the staff tell me the order was going to be remade. And once it was remade it was still incorrect! So I wave him over to request a refund, he did not come over to talk with me instead he sent another employee over. None of the wings I ordered had sauce on them like I paid for, and they only gave me 2 of the 4 sauces I ALSO paid for. And when I addressed this and ask for the other two I was told I would be charged extra for them? I them explain to the young lady that FRED sent out to talk to me that my order was given to someone else, so this is a remake of that order. Why am I being asked to pay for sauces I already paid for? FRED WAS UNPROFESSIONAL, AS A PERSON IN A LEADERSHIP ROLE. ALL THE AREAS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DROPPED TODAY! I WILL NEVER EAT AT THE CLEVELAND HTS LOCATUON ON CEDAR RD AGAIN. No one should spend the miney they spend to get this service, this location will find it self in the same place Lyndhurst did.

  Bad experience The server that I had was very unprofessional food was made wrong kids food came out late and was not made right server never asked if me or my guest wanted any refills except for one person I asked for receipt she gave the receipt to the opposite party. I am not satisfied with anything. I didn’t even eat my food very disappointed

  This is by far the worst BW3 I’ve ever ordered from! We did not get half of what we ordered. They refused to help us when we called about it. After repeated calling we got someone willing to say they would help and going to refund us for what we did not get. Guess what NO REFUND has occurred what a surprise! It makes me never want to deal with any BW3 ever I’ve never experienced service like this! Oh and yes we ordered through their own app even!!
