  WORST SERVICE AND FOOD OF ANY DRIVE-THRU EVER!!! 4/22/26 1:03 to 1:33 Waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru!! Only 4 cars ahead of me in line. There were only 3 patrons in the dining room and none at the ordering counter.When I got to the window, the employee was rude and sarcastic. When I finally got my bean burrito, it barely had any beans at all and the tortilla was as hard as a rock. I had to throw it away. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!

  AVOID THIS TACO BELL!! We pulled up to 4 cars ahead of us. We got trapped in the line & it took THIRTY SIX MINUTES to get 3 items. No discount, nothing. I asked if we could get a couple of Pepsi's during our 9 minutes at the window. At the point the manager Finally got of his butt but said no. Terrible Customer Service. Snarky attitude by the boy at the window. If they were short staffed, then that Manager Should have been helping out & making sure his customers were satisfied. When we FINALLY got our Three items. No sauce, no napkins no utensils. Just some lazy employees & a lazy manager. Not ONE of them had a bit of pep in their step. Just terrible service!! I'd be ashamed but then again, I act have work ethic.

  I was in there a few days ago and the food was cold and half of them had just a sprinkle of everything, some had no cheese or lettuce. All of my tacos had very little meat, took the meat from 4 just to get a decent one so every bite wasn't all tortilla! A few of which were soggy. One employee with glasses and pink/purple hair was a bit snappy with other employees and a little rude with customers. The same employee had a strong unpleasant odor about her that made me gag and immediately leave. It was more than working in a fast food restaurant. Use soap when showering every day and deodorant right after.

  Terrible! Waiting in the drive through for more than 30 minutes with no customers in the restaurant. Then get to the drive through speaker and the child can't even remember 3 words of what I said. Get to the window and have to explain to them my order of 1 mexican pizza and an order of nacho fries. Get my order and it's nacho fries only. No Mexican pizza. These kids have no clue what they are doing!!!!

  I’ve had issues here before with management accusing me of already getting my online order when I didn’t. Shouldn’t have returned after that. 3/31 my boyfriend went to pick up our orders that were placed an hour before but he waited for about an hour to get it. He told the employees no dairy or meat on my food but when he got home I found large chicken and ground beef chunks all throughout a chalupa that doesn’t even come with meat at all. I’ve never had this happen before and it doesn’t seem accidental due to how much meat was put in it. Will never come back again. The Taco Bell in south Bloomfield is much better.
