I had one of the worst experiences today I went to this McDonald’s and the lady in the front kept saying she couldn’t hear me which I can sort of understand because it’s loud in there but then they pulled me over for my food like always and gave me my SHAKE first and then when the girl Mya Nardi went to give us our food she gave it to us n just said there you go and then we had asked for a Mac sauce and cheese burger with our order and they didn’t put it on the ticket but we didn’t realize about the cheese burger till later but we asked about the Mac sauce and she rudely asked well did u order it ten different times while we tried to look in the bag and on the ticket didnt give us no time to even look and then for the 11th time she asked if we ordered it and we said we thought we did and she asked AGAIN if we ordered it and we said we guess not and on top of all of that none of our sandwiches were right we asked for three out of four the way they come we talked to a manager named I think Chrissy but I just wanted to let you guys know about Mya Nardi and her “amazing” customer service skills that’s not one bit of amazing like I know she was snobby while I was in school with her but her acting that way at her job is ridiculous

I wonder why they don't ask any questions about going through the drive through...
I was told, "we're waiting for new fries to come up. Pull forward and park."
I was about ten minutes when they came with my food. My fries were room temperature.

They do not value their customers at all. I've been going there everyday for breakfast for over six months. Literally everyday due to my schedule. I went through the drive thru got to the second window and realized I forgot my drink at home so I tried to add on a soft drink. I was told I couldn't do that, that I would need to go back around. No big deal, but she was going to pull me up which means it was going to be awhile before I would get my order. So I asked her if there was anyway she could just add it to the order. She tells me yes. I go park and wait where she tells me.
They proceed to bring me my order without the drink and then tell me they couldn't add the drink. I sat there ten minutes waiting on my order. If this was the case then why would you say Yes number one and number two they made the biggest deal about a literal drink. A drink.
It's just sad nothing is what it used to be. They know I've been a loyal customer and I've never said anything when they forget half my order or have me wait ten plus minutes on a couple things. Which I don't mind.
For me this whole thing is the principle. But I guess that drink was more important then losing a customer, cause I won't be back there. I'd rather go somewhere that values a customer a tad more then that.
Especially when you have them sit for ten minutes. Had they said it would be ten minutes you have time to go back around that would of even been different, but no they barrated me over something that costs next to nothing.
You know they could have even said we can do that just ring it out tomorrow. Anything would have been better then trying to berrate your customer over something so miniscule.
Mind you I'm also the same customer that's given back change when I was given to much, not once, but twice.
It shouldn't have even been that big of a deal, but to them I guess being nice and making sure you go back around and they ring out a $2 drink is more important then losing roughly $500 a month from us at least.
