  I ordered a "large" cheesesteak combo to go. Waited over 14 minutes. What I received was a small combo, on a tray when it should have been in a to go bag. The cashier who took my order seem like she had no idea what she was doing. Tried to tell me a half sandwich was a large. The food was just awful. Barely any meat on the sandwich. The green peppers were raw. The fries were soggy, like they had sat in cold oil. Not the experience I thought I was going to get. I was truly disappointed. The one in Chillicothe, Ohio will continue to get my business.

  Brand new location, owned by a wonderful family. Fast, friendly service, dined out on the patio. I tried the boneless wings and was pleasantly surprised! Known for cheesesteaks, but the wings are great as well, look out BW3's...

  . Service was friendly, but the kitchen was slow. The food was okay a bit too salty, portions felt small for the price, and the dining room was very cold—bring a jacket!

  Ordered the regular old school add mushrooms. It's $2 more and trying to figure out why? I had no mushrooms and found 2 little pieces of onion and it's supposed to have more meat. Not much cheese either, pretty dry. I love the one in Chillicothe. Not impressed with this one.

  I love Charlie’s and this is a very good spot to eat. This is my first time coming here and I was very welcome. This is the best Charlie’s I’ve ever been to.
