  I went thru the drive thru around 12:45-1:00pm Friday. First of all that rotating menu is ridiculous. As I am in the drive thru reading the menu, it changes to an add for $0.99 breakfast sandwiches, etc. I have only been to Bojangles once and want to see what all they have to offer. But, I was rushed to put in my order even though there was literally no one else in the drive through line before me or after me. The girl who took my order seemed irritated that I was slow to give her my order. Then I tried to order cookies that were advertised on the screen -- screen changes-- only been here once -- I say can I get 2 chocolate chip cookies. Sorry we don't have chocolate chip, just bo berry. Irritated her again. When I got up to the window some girl said was asked if she wanted to go take care of parking lot and said ya anything to get away from these customers. Once again no one in drive thru except me. The chicken had alot of fat. Was ok. But very fatty, chewy. Fries were super salty. To be fair‐ My fiance liked her chicken sandwich alot. Probably will just go to Raising Canes next time. At least they are friendly. I was disappointed.

  Variety of options, including breakfast items. Ordering quick, easy. Food service quick. Food hot! Delicious. Staff very kind, pleasant. (Even with an extremely difficult customer interaction.) Will visit again & often.

  A mistake was made and Stephenie not only made it right but went above and beyond and replaced my whole order. Absolutely awesome! Thank you!

  I have three things to report: The workers were very unprofessional, throwing biscuits at each other. An emo-looking girl told my sister, “Who raised you, animals?” because my sister didn’t say please, although she did, but the girl didn’t hear her. My overall rating is about 2.5 stars. The manager, who I assume was an older lady, working in there said nothing about their behavior; it was like a bunch of 13-year-olds working there. Additionally, there was a hair in my brother’s milkshake.

  This might be the best chicken biscuit I've ever had! I could see some people not liking it that have a weak tolerance for spice. The potato things were a bit soggy, but I air fried them up and they turned out great. Had to add some fruit because the pineapple pairs well with the chicken biscuit. Yum!
