  Well it was good until...it wasn't and I found that i was eating super old lettuce. I hope i don't get sick. It was already enough that I ordered a spicy asiago and received regular. Smh I'm so disappointed 😞.

  I ordered a frosty and my boyfriend ordered some cheese fries, and the dude at the drive thru told us “not gonna lie, that’s a nasty combo that’s gonna mess up your belly” like uhhh do you work here and want people to buy the food or not. lol. I have never in my life been served food and simultaneously been told by the restaurant stuff how nasty my choice was. Whoever employee reg 5 is, you are ruuuuude and not funny.

  Quick convenient and good... 6$ bags are good choice for the fam when u gotta eat in a hurry. There chocolate chip cookies are awesome and 5 for 5$... Frostys are legendary.. good options all over the menu! Smoke one and hit that drive thru and you won't be disappointed 😂.. I love that red head wendy trick when i got the munchies. ✌️

  I went to this location today 3/22/26. I ordered something for me and my son. The customer service was subpar to say the least but I’ve been to this location in the past and haven’t had any issues. Even though the customer service wasn’t good today, I didn’t think I’d have any issues with my food. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. My son’s food was fine, I unfortunately almost bit into a chicken nugget with what looks like a piece of gum on it. It seemed as if it was picked up off the floor and that’s what I was given. This was between 230p-4p and through the drive thru. I understand how exhausting making food and customer service can be but to be so careless with people’s food, there’s just no excuse. No one cared if I got sick nor if anything worse were to happen to me. I probably won’t be back but if people are going to be so careless with people’s food, then I don’t think they should be working there.

  I’ve been going to the Wendy’s on Dallas Blvd and Hamilton Ave for 20 plus years. But for the last several years the food and the service has declined. Burger was not fresh and fries were extremely salty. Lemonade tasted like whatever chemicals they used to clean the machine. I will no longer eat at any Wendy’s moving forward. I Liked Wendy’s when founder Dave Thomas was running it. Too many young people working in the locations and they don’t care what they serve the customers. Unsanitary conditions and practices.
