    We stopped by Norwood n was told that their system is down. Went by the one on Ridge and was told that they were changing shifts so we had to go in to order, obviously no one had to time to take care of customers.

    Bathrooms had zero toilet paper in men's and women's. No paper towels in women's and a worker walked out obviously not washing their hands. I would say an overhaul of staff and facilities is needed. We didnt even want to risk eating here.

    Looks like the place got a new manager since the last time I was here. Also got a needed upgrade in food and service along with it. Thanks

    Absolutely incompetent. Can't get the simplest order with nobody around or any business. 3rd time a biggie bag took more than 10 minutes. People don't make food fast. Don't waste time. Just lost 6$

    Did a mobile order. Asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich and they put them on there anyway. Called the number to speak to a manager and it's a cell number. This is the number they put on everything (receipt, website, app, etc.) and of course it's full and you can't leave a message. I was already on the other side of town and couldn't go back to the store. It's ridiculous you ask for something in writing and they still don't get it right. Then, you can't even contact someone to try to get it right. Really bad service.
