  Waited over 20 mins for a drive through order, that then had items missing. Pry the worst Wendy’s in the county.

  Can't believe I stopped here. This location is very bad. The staff need better training. The food is very bad even for a Wendy's... I blame myself. Avoid this location if possible...

  Heavy Set Darkskin girl named Lyric is very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. No greeting when ordering and very rude slamming the drive thru window in customers face before they finish talking. I then had to take my order back as I stated to her there should be no lettuce or tomato’s SHE VERY AGGRESSIVELY snatched the sandwich’s and gave them back saying “Here.” Then as I asked for my receipt she got offended and continued to yell out the window when I pulled off with my 9 and 11 year old children.

  I ordered a breakfast burrito on my way to work and this has to be the worst looking burrito I ever received in my life. Its not even attractive enough to eat. I called the store and talked to a manager about it and first off no apology was given at all. And then she tells me she would remake it but I have to pick it up either same day which is impossible because im at work or I can get it the next day and those were my only options. How do you mess my order up and inconvenience me and then tell me I have only same day or next day to get it remade. I usually dont complain but the service here is horrible and the manager didn't handle this professional at all. Maybe she needs to be retrained at her job. Update: went up there to return the food and they refused to refund my money saying there company policy is to keep their customers money even if the food is returned. I will never eat at this Wendy's again. No wonder its never a line up there. Im sure this location will be closed 1 day.
