  My pregnant wife loved the baconator fries whoever made them needs a raise. Our server was a young Hispanic woman she was so polite and kind!!!

  Wendy's corporate Management , Colerain Towne Center Address: 10152 Colerain Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45251 colerain Northgate Wendy's management and staff needs retraining !.. 1. first the store looked closed deserted and empty and abandoned as there were no cars in the lot and now I can understand why !. I went to the drive-thru to order a large triple number one and along with that I was going to use one of your coupons that you gave out for a free Frosty.. but the manager did not know how to ring up a coupon and gave me such a difficult time about it that she forfeited the sale of the meal altogether! she was so incompetent and insulting and questioning the coupon that you gave out and she made it undesirable to continue to order anything from your restaurant ! .. so now I can see why this store is not busy! (she was an older foreign heavy set black lady)

  Employees were nice and all but the food was not that great and the dining room was kinda gross. I got a few French fries that looked like they been cooked for a week and the spicy chicken nuggets were cold...

  Put in an online order this morning, 2 chicken sandwich combos and the drinks were watered down and had no flavor. The chilli cheese baked potatos were dry with hardly a bean or 2 in each. I also paid for extra cheese this was also not added. The night shift is when you want to go here not the morning. Not big on complaining but you all had no cars in the drive threw and an empty parking lot.

  I love Wendy's but today was ridiculous. Night shift is usually amazing however. I ordered two chili cheese baked potatoes, a chicken nugget and chicken sandwiches. We even ordered extra cheese and didn't even get it. It had little chili in it (not even the normal amount(, hardly any cheese in it (which is a huge shock) not even the normal amount, our drinks weren't carbonated and had no flavor (soda was out) and the wait time on top of it was very long. I usually trust this Wendy's but this ruined it for me. Please do better morning shift, this was insane.
