  Every tropical smoothie I have visited has been such a great experience. All the ingredients are fresh and taste so genuine. Highly recommend any of the entree items or the smoothies. This location withholds that standard.

  My sister walked into the establishment and was completely ignored for over four minutes. Despite her presence, no one acknowledged her. She only chose to stay because another customer of a different race entered shortly after and was greeted immediately, receiving prompt service. It was disheartening to witness this stark contrast in treatment. After that, the lady finally turned to my sister and asked if she wanted to place an order, which felt like an afterthought rather than genuine service. It’s frustrating to see such bias in a place that should be welcoming to everyone.

  Quality is a hit or miss. Ordered yesterday and smoothie was fine, today I placed an order through grub hub and all 3 of my smoothies tasted weird. I paid extra for almonds and they were not added. I try to stay away from this place because Smoothie King is the superior place to get smoothies but the closest one is in Clifton.

  I called them about 2 weeks ago. I accidentally ordered it there’d instead of another location and asked them kindly for a refund as it would be really far to go pick it up still. They said they would give me a refund and I have yet to recieve it. They will not answer my calls now. I have called corporate and said they would give me a refund as well and I still never got it.
