  Each and every time I place and order it is totally I never get what I pay for and the food is not never hot I waste my money every time never again

  The male employee has a really aggressive disposition and argumentive unnecessarily. My order was incomplete and wrong item served and I was charged for the correct items requested at the time of purchase but nothing to apologize for the mix up and the interrogation as I was sharing with him that the employee at the window didn't check the order before going out and I spoke with someone via telephone and she stated that she was the manager and she will work again Sunday night. I attempted to share this information and still the aggressive behavior was still exhibited. I told him to understand that I will not be back to patronize that location isn't customer friendly.

  We went there last night. It was horrible. The drive thru person scolded us for asking for a Chillito and not a Chilli Cheese Burrito. She was nnecessarily rude and needs to be reprimanded. She gave me flashbacks of when I was living in the orphanage and being forced to eat nothing but cinnamon twists while the nuns sprayed me with nacho cheese. An they dont even sell Double Decker Tacos or the Beefy Nachos anymore. Its was a waste of money and time. My family and I will go get diarrhea from some other Taco Bell from now on. Never again!

  Just wanted to shout out Delia. Since she has started working at this location my order has been accurate and complete everytime. I was really on my last leg with this location. Give that girl a raise.
