  The staff member working there was truly very rude, and they made us wait a full hour and a half just to get our food. To make matters worse, there wasn't even a line; everyone inside was just chatting and listening to loud music, and nobody was bothering to attend to our order. This seems to be a recurring issue here—I spoke with a few other people, and everyone is experiencing the same situation. It really isn't a pleasant experience at all; I will not be coming back here again.

  I ordered some food tonight plus the usual extra sauce (15 of each). They sent zero Diablo, 11 fire, 6 hot , and 5 mild. My order included the new midnight cream Mt dew, however they sent the regular cream Mt dew. The 5 food items that I had ordered all arrived cold. Original delivery was 7:12 and food didn't arrive until a little after 7:35. The driver disappeared from thean during that time.

  My friend and I placed an order for pickup. We arrived at the store and after another half hour of waiting there I walked up to the front desk to ask for an update. I purposely waited until the lady walked up to the desk for another order to ask for an update and she made eye contact with me twice while completely ignoring me. After I asked a third time she immediately caught an attitude. I tried to back off understanding they were busy and she went on with her own rant. It took another 20 minutes for us to get our food just for another worker to hand us our order that had been sitting on a desk behind the counter for over 10 minutes prior. I can be understanding of them being busy but waiting for nearly an hour after placing our pickup order and getting an attitude for asking a simple question was the last straw for me.

  I'm highly disappointed in the service I received I ordered with Uber eats and they threw anything in my bag I didn't even receive my drinks, my nuggets was old I also received a item that looked like biscuit didn't know what it was, the evening shift do not care about the customers quality of food or making sure orders are correct, I was so disgusted by the appearance of the food I was scared to eat it it looked like it came from a unsafe environment and had the audacity not to even give me my whole order!!! Big frown from me

  I am not usually one to write negative reviews, but this was the absolute worst experience in a Taco Bell I have ever had. We came in after a concert and it started to get busy, but we were one of the first in line. We ordered our food and waited- for a whole hour. I asked multiple times for updates and nothing. There were at least 8 people there working by the way- they didn’t seem short staffed and had extra people come in. The bathroom was absolutely horrendous. There was no syrup or ice in the drink machine. No one seemed to know or care about anything there or were all in outer space apparently. When I finally got my food an hour later- the cheese sauce was missing, the dessert was wrong and the entire burrito was wrong. Nothing was cooked properly or even warm. All of it was room temperature. I didn’t even bother to ask them to correct it at that point because I knew it would take another hour. The absolute worst and most disgusting Taco Bell on earth! Do not go here!
