  Brought a high-school group here and the taco bell crew messed up everyone's order. The seating area was not clean , nothing was stocked , the bathrooms wasn'tclean or had toilet paper.

  Wost place ever the person at the window custed at me and was super rude I WILL NEVER EAT THEIR AGAIN I PULLED OFF THIS HAPPENED AT 10:10PM 3/27/2026 they need to fire the girl that works their i wish I knew the head office number they would definitely get a call tonight

  I ordered to this location at 11:03 and went to pick it up did not get my food until after 12:30!!!!! We went through the drive through to pick up our order, as soon as we arrived they said it was going to be a long wait if we wanted to order and we said we were there for a pick up order under the name destiny.. they told us to sit in the parking lot… I guess they told a-lot of people that because the whole parking lot was full of cars. At some point they have people come out they are handing out orders they ask us our name ..at this point we already have been waiting over thirty minutes.. they still end up handing out orders to people.. cars are disappearing and we tried to even call the store at some point and no answer, at this point cars that arrived after us and they are getting there food before us. So after 12:30 we got through the drive through again the first thing they say is that its going to be an hour wait we told them again that we are here for our pick up order and its already been almost two hours. We ended up getting are food and just a short apology.. no refund, no credit ridiculous!!! I get home we are missing two of our fries and our cinnamon twists everything is cold probably because they forgot us, and the cherry on top is some of our food was messed up and sloppily put together!!! I have never in my life had such a crappy food experience! Literally everything you could have done wrong they did!

  The food flavor was still there just like it has been for years. We ordered the burrito and Taco pack Unfortunately, the lack of it, particularly the tacos barely a tbl spoon on all of them a pinch of wilted lettuce. Couple little tomatoes. The burritos were the same way packed with bean and a shot of ground beef.

  This was my first time at the Mason location. I absolutely love the owner, he straightforward and no filler. I went with the basic pepperoni pizza and breadsticks with cheese(it comes with Parmesan on it) the pepperoni is the true star of the show. They are big and curl up into cups. My only drawback with the pizza is it gets a little more greasy than I would have liked. The crust is thin and crispy with no flop for the pizza fanatics. The sauce has a good flavor and isn’t overpowering the pizza. The breadsticks were good and cheesy. If I’m being honest the food truck is how I was introduced to Big Dogs and is actually my favorite of the two. If you’re in or near the Mason area stop in to get a pie! If you see the food truck flag it down and grab a small pie.
