Had a pickup here friday evening and she informed me the location did not have eggs to make the customers 2nd item, asked me to call the customer and ask if they would like a substitution. As I waited for their response, she promptly made my order. This is now my future go to subway. Give her a raise that is worthy of her level of customer service, skill and professionalism.
