    Sandwiches are never correct. You put in the order a hour ahead and it’s not ready when you get there. The ladies are extremely slow maybe hire younger staff to keep up with customer demand. This is my second time late from lunch it’s ridiculous don’t go here while you are at work

    This location use to be my favorite until this new worker started. I think she is a supervisor but she is not too friendly I'm not sure if she really likes her job. I don't want anymore to get in trouble but my sandwiches are never right ever since she started. This location was perfect until she came.

    I was very disappointed with my experience. I specifically went to Subway because I had a valid coupon, and I was trying to save some money. I was then told it could not be honored due to there’s being no barcode to enter it into the system. The coupon clearly states that it is valid at all locations and does not expire until the end of the year, so this explanation was frustrating and felt dismissive. If there are limitations on what your system can process, that should not fall on the customer especially when the terms of the coupon are clearly stated. At the very least, I would have expected some effort to honor it or offer an alternative solution rather than simply turning it away. This experience was inconvenient and disappointing, and I hope management takes a closer look at how situations like this are handled moving forward.

    I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. I came in to order food, but the employee refused to begin preparing my order unless I paid first. This felt unusual and uncomfortable, as I’ve never been asked to pay before the food is made at other Subway locations. The interaction felt unwelcoming, and I left without ordering. I hope management can clarify their policies and ensure consistent, respectful service for all customers.

    Stopped in last Tuesday to order the Baja chicken protein pocket. The staff was not welcoming to begin with . I placed my order and asked for no jalapeño peppers but asked for some black olives . When my wrap was almost completed I asked again for black olives and was told there are no substitutions and that you can only remove items (which doesn’t decrease the costs ) . I have been going to Subways for many years and their whole stick is customizable sandwiches etc . I could understand if I had asked for bacon but it was olives . Either the employee needs retrained or the location needs to read its own signage . As mentioned on the sign -“Add-ons additional “.. they could have simply charged for the olives . So to prove a point, below is a picture from another Subway where I removed the jalapeño & added black olives at NO CHARGE or push back . This location might want to rethink its business model 🤷🏼‍♂️ I won’t be back.
