  I will never come here again. I work in a restaurant and know how easy it is to make customers happy and actually seem like I care. No excuse for how crappy this place is ran.

  i don’t normally write bad reviews like this. i love sonic, don’t get me wrong. i’ve had all good experiences here at this location… until tonight. i got there around 11pm. i pulled into a stall and waited 20 minutes after pressing the button to put an order in. nobody answered so i figured i’d go through the drive through. i went through the drive through and it took me 40 minutes from the time i pulled up to the speaker to get my order taken and get my order. two people on the other side got their order taken before mine, even though they got to the speaker after me. the lady who took my order was slurring all her words like she was high or drunk, no smile no thank you for waiting. nothing. seriously,? i’ve worked in food service, i know how it is. but there is NEVER a time for you to treat customers like that. this used to be one of my favorite late night spots but honestly im not coming back to this location again.

  I visited this location on 3/12/26 to order 4 shake and after sitting for about 30 min someone came on the intercom and info us that's they did see our out pop up and they lost my receipt but they where about to make my shake not even 30sec they come out with some shakes that clearly look like it was sitting for a good minute because it wasn't even Frozen anymore it was liquid, I then ask to get my refund they told me that they couldn't even give me a refund because they didn't know how to process it the manager finally came on the intercom said that she was going to process it not once did I see a manager come out and speak with me the entire time it was an associat. My feeling it could be biased but I felt like they looked at how much I tipped and assumed that it wasn't enough not knowing that I also had a cash tip to give them I just needed a even amount on my card.

  I came to this location on 3/12/2026 to order 4 shake and sit for 30min before someone final came on speaker and said my order never showed up and they lost my receipt then they brought out some melted shake you can clearly see that they have been sitting for a minutes.. My feeling could be wrong but they saw the amount that was tipped to make an even amount and didn't like it not knowing that I also had cash

  Love their selections. I am happy to hear that they are open 24/7. They offer a wider selection of drink flavors than anyone. I think their cherry limeade is very popular.
