  I live right next door and frequent skyline alot and I avoid this one bc literally every time I give them a chance my order is wrong or they forget the crackers and hot sauce right after asking.. like do you know how annoying it is for someone who doesn’t like onions and orders something that doesn’t even come with onions and you still get them

  I had not eaten here in a very long time. Last time I was here it was not a very good experience, so I didn't return. Saturday I was out with my son, and he suggested that we eat here. This Skyline has really changed. Seemed to be better lit inside, the food was good, but the service was outstanding! Our server was Emma W. was amazing. She made it a real pleasure to eat here. Management of Skyline should be made aware of this employee and recognize her for her customer service.

  Purchased 2 separate orders from this location. 4 plain coneys & 2 regular coneys. All th coney buns were extremely hard. I called the restaurant & spoke with a manager who told me that when it’s close to closing time the buns don’t steam so well. So I needed to bring a receipt or th food back. I’m not going to hold onto food for a whole day that makes no sense. I tried calling the restaurant that same night and no one answered. She also tried telling me that there would have been a receipt in the bag. I tried to explain to her that we did not receive a receipt for neither one of our orders. You admit your buns don’t steam well, seems your ok with stealing customers money and giving them bad food. Ridiculous & sad

  Today my father and I had a late lunch around 3pm. Emma W. was our server and she was awesome. She was attentive and very professional. She made the experience amazing. She was fast and accurate and truly one of the best servers I have had. The food is always amazing at Skyline, but the experience always depends on the server. Thank you Emma W.
