  I had booked an igloo so on a rainy night I thought this would be a cool experience, but they were already taken down. But that’s ok, our wait staff was delightful and the atmosphere really nice. Unfortunately the food was a huge disappointment. The spinach dip felt more Applebees than 5 star, the $120 feast for 2 was odd. The salad literally was 5 bites of iceberg lettuce with breadcrumbs, no dressing was ever found or tasted. The steaks were perfect but the salmon and shrimp were way over cooked and the chicken - I swear it’s bioengineered. The sauces did not match the meats. The crème brule was ice cold and when they said it was Cinnamon Toast Crunch I did not know that meant a small pile of the actual cereal placed on top. Not included in the taste or recipe at all just some cereal pieces? For a $200 meal, this was far, far below mediocre. A drink on the rooftop for fireworks would be delightful but I would sure skip the food and the price! 😢

  Had to hit the most talked about rooftop while visiting cincinnati. Lovely atmosphere and great food & service.

  Steak, chicken, shrimp, and salmon were dry and had no flavor, especially for the price. Not even Texas Roadhouse caliber. For the price it was not good. The broccoli was amazing. Salad was very small, but tasted good.

  We paid almost $500 to have dinner in one of the “igloo” type tents on New Year’s Eve for 4 of us. When we purchased it ahead of time we were told we would be served filet mignon, great sides and our choice of desserts. We got there and were told we would not be getting our filets because they were “fresh out”. When it came to dessert they said the Kitchen accidentally closed up and started cleaning for the night so we would not be getting any dessert. They said they weren’t used to being open that late since it was a special night for New Year’s Eve. We complained to management which went nowhere, we emailed management later as well & it fell on deaf ears once again. Terrible experience. Terrible management.

  This restaurant is nice, clean with a smoking room esthetic. The salmon was delicious. DRINKS, The Ophelia was delicious.
