  On March 18th, we had went to dine at Quaker steak and had waited over 45 minutes for our food and we had seen multiple people that came in after us receive their food before us, even though we were waiting there for awhile. We had left, called back to Quaker steak and wanted to express how we had felt during this situation as this would’ve been the first time trying it. The kitchen manager Kevin, apologized profusely and told us that he would make it right, then said that the next time we came down that our food would be comped and would make sure it was right. We had went down today 3/28/26 and the hostess told us that we wouldn’t have a good experience because everyone called out then offered us a discount even though we explained what was promised and was offered a discount for a to go order. We aren’t necessarily sure if we are gonna come back.

  Brayden was amazing. We had a party of 12, to the Colerain location. He was super friendly, very attentive to us and did not miss a beat. He kept our drinks refilled and kept checking on us through the entire visit. He is a great asset to the restaurant. We will be back and will request Brayden in the future. The food was very good as well. The entire visit was good, Brayden made it amazing.

  I've been going here since the first day it opened and have to say tonight was the worst service for a bartender that I've ever had.i sat at the bar for over 5 minutes waiting on the bartender to even acknowledge that I was even there,I had to actually wave her down to get waited on.did she say hello?,no.i just walked over and looked at me like she was in a bad mood.i asked for a beer,she drops it on the bar,beer spilling all over and not any reaction.waited another 20 minutes and watched her walk past me 3 different times and never asked me if I was ready to order.by then I was pissed.another girl that was not really even supposed to be working,who is a wonderful young lady,asked me if I needed anything.i told her I had enough B's from the other ones disrespect and I would cash out.thankfully,Brad was working the other bar,so I went over there and the service he gave me was 5 stars.do better QSL.she needs some serious training and an attitude adjustment

  Ordered for 1st time thru a delivery service. Grilled chicken was Excellent and so was my Loaded baked Potato . Well be a repeat customer.
