- CTCarrie TolentinoMar 29, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Pizza Hut. The level of unprofessionalism and disorganization at this location is unacceptable. Orders consistently take far longer than the time quoted, and to make matters worse, they mark orders as “ready” when they’re clearly not. This creates confusion and wastes customers’ time. The environment itself is chaotic. Staff members openly argue with each other in front of customers, which is uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. On top of that, orders are frequently incorrect, making the long wait even more frustrating. Overall, this location needs major improvements in professionalism, organization, and basic customer service.

I was still charged for the pizza and the delivery fee even though my order was not going to be delivered to me. I have been on the phone on hold for 20 minutes with no answer trying to fix the error. It is clear to me Pizza Hut dies not care about the error and will not lift a finger to fix the situation. They're is no way to dispute or fix the error through the app. This is equivalent to stealing money from me. Do not use the app and do not bother with this pizza hut!

The employees are extremely rude and they do not wear gloves when touching the food which is absolutely disgusting. 🤢 I will NOT be returning. 1st wrong order and then you don’t offer refunds ? Terrible
