  They barely put tomato sauce on the pizza. All I could taste was the cheese.

  I guess pizza hut has went downhill nation can't get order right ordered wings got hardly any sauce pizza was cold and bland ordered extra sauce didn't get it etc. This is unacceptable

  Absolutely HORRIBLE!! We called @ 7:06pm to place an order. 8:12pm we called checking on our order. When you call the "store" ph# you're actually getting the call center. Every rep said they were sending me to the store! I talked to 12 reps! I asked them to stay on the line when they xfer me to the store. The 1st 9 reps claimed they couldn't do that, but rep #10 offered to stay on the line when he xfrd the call. And that's the only time I got the store & the woman at Pizza Hut hung up on me! Called back & spoke w/ reps 11 & 12 We finally got our luke warm, hard nasty melts @ 9:06pm! 2hrs after placing the order. The store was rerouting the calls xfrd from the call center back to the call center. Pizza Hut does not deserve my business. Especially not the 1 on 10591 Springfield Pike Cincinnati OH. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I'll put pizza sauce, pepperonis & cheese on bread & toast it before I order from this Pizza Hut again.
