  I will never order delivery from your company again after this experience. I provided my unit number with my order, yet I was still forced to walk outside of my building to get my food. When Grant called to say the driver was outside, I asked why my order was not being brought to my unit. He told me it was due to an “insurance liability” issue. When I said I would be contacting corporate, he responded with an attitude and told me to “go right ahead.” That response was completely unprofessional. My biggest issue is this: what if I had been disabled or physically unable to come outside? Would I have simply been denied delivery because of a so-called liability policy? That is unacceptable and extremely poor customer service. I paid a $4.99 delivery fee and also left a tip, only to still have to go outside and retrieve my own order. At that point, I could have just driven the five minutes myself and saved the money. Between the lack of service, the dismissive attitude, and the poor communication, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I expect better from a company as big as papa John’s and a company that is offering delivery service.

  Cancelled my order without telling me. Refused to remake my order and told me I had to wait 3-5 business for my money back! No money & no food is crazy!!!! Manager should be fired! RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Will NEVER order with Papa John’s again!!!!!

  MANAGER IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Delivery did not arrive and it was prepaid! Said she called 5 times and I did not receive a missed called. Told me to go catch the driver and when I went downstairs no one was there. I called several times to check what was going on and she screened my calls. I went to the store to get a refund or remake. She cancelled my order before I arrived and refused a remake. Told me I had to wait 3-5 business days for my money back. Disrespectful, unprofessional, untrustworthy place of business!!! She should not be the manager of any establishment! I will be calling corporate!

  I’ve never experienced such poor leadership from a manager in my life. The level of disorganization, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for both customers and staff is honestly shocking. Orders are consistently wrong or delayed, and instead of taking responsibility, the manager deflects blame or acts like it’s not a big deal. The attitude is unprofessional—rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in providing any kind of quality service. You can tell the team reflects that energy too; there’s no structure, no urgency, and no pride in the work being done. It’s one thing for mistakes to happen, but it’s another when leadership sets the tone for failure. This location could be so much better with someone who actually cares. Right now, it feels like a complete waste of time and money Delivery did not arrive I did not get my order and have to wait 3-5 days for my money back because they cancelled my order before I arrived at the store.
