I have loved panera for as long as I remember but I will not be visiting this location anytime soon. 4 times in a row they have overcharged, had missing or blatantly wrong items...turkey sandwich no turkey. Plus the customer service is absolute garbage. Don't waste your time.

The salads were literally frozen. The tomatoes were solid & could not be stabbed with a fork. The apples were brown & mushy. The staff seemed exhausted & overworked. The employees are trying their best, but they're not being supported by senior management, corporate, or the owners.
