Guy serving at the drive through immediately made the mood sour. He was just plain rude sounding. Didn't care at all and then My burgers are smashed like they were rushed and I am missing a large fry from my order of 2 meals. How is that possible...and I cant get a refund through the mobile app. At least fix the app
Please ask the bigger lady that’s always outside smoking that works nights to stop making negative side comments when guests are still in the store, or can hear them period. (Pardon me for not knowing her name best description I can give)
I come in here every night I say please, thank you, and take your time if the order isn’t ready and I sit very patiently and wait no matter how long bc I know a restaurant can be busy and very stressful.
You also really don’t ever know what other people are going through, some people may just be trying to survive the best they can with what they have. Comments like that tend to have lasting harmful effects on people, especially ones with illnesses Thank you☺️
I’d also like to add, the manager that usually wears a red polo/ button up is extremely nice and so it’s the gentleman usually working the window late at night. Not really sure what the difference on training is there, maybe they just see people as human beings and dont see the value in making people feel worse about themselves.
All I would really like is an apology from this employee in person, she knows who she is and also knows who I am :) if not I’d like to talk to cooperate/ the franchise owner.

This building is new and in a convenient location, staff is friendly HOWEVER I have had so many incorrect, undercooked, unsweetened tea when I ordered sweet tea, etc disappointing circumstances there. I'm not alone either, I have a friend who literally works across the street and refuses to go there for lunch. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.
3/23/2026 4am closed. Unusual for a twenty four hour mcdonald's. No Signs posted anywhere. Along with myself , multiple vehicles went through drive through , and nobody would reply. Even though they had two managers in a employee inside. Knocked on the window, manager said they closed because of air duct cleaning??
So it took awhile to even take my order. I was patient. Seemed like she was new maybe. Told me even tho my drink was coming up medium she’d make sure it was a large like I asked. I told her to add extra bbq sauce and she said to ask at the window so she didn’t have to charge me. I said thank you and paid and drove to the third window because ppl were behind and I was given NO instruction otherwise. I was trying to be courteous cause my order was big didn’t want to make any one wait. I waited not bothered at all by the wait. When a woman finally came to the window she snapped at me and said I was never supposed to pull that far forward then stomped off.
Again, I wasn’t told one way or the other. I got a medium drink even after I corrected her before I paid. No bbq sauce and TWO ENTIRE BURGERS WERE MISSING!! if you’re going to get snappy at me for no reason, at least get my order right.
