- DSDenise SmoltkempMar 13, 20261.0This is probably the worst McDonald’s location not only on the west side but also at the entire area of greater Cincinnati. They always have 20 cars in the drive-through whether it’s midday whether it’s late I’ve had to wait an hour multiple times just for nice coffee and if you go in to say hey, can I change my Mobile order and just grab my iced coffee inside? It’s not busy inside. They refuse to allow you to do it. I would recommend going to a different McDonald’s on the west Side. This one is terrible. I don’t know if they’re understaffed but if somebody that’s in business myself, that’s not the customer’s problem.
