  This was a $14 failure i got the new big Arch burger 🍔 theres nothing about this that is (new) infact one of the two burgers was RAW!!!! and i will never eat raw meat Fry'swere unsalted and they sent me a unsweetened tea as well no straws for the drinks

  This McDonald's is a joke. When I went in they had so many people coming in because something was missing or messed up. Took them 20 minutes to get us 2 items.... never coming back...

  just went to the drive through. told us to wait a second, we waited for 10 mins while they cleared out their line in the drive through. we pulled to the front to see if the lobby was open, the only two employees were walking out to their car claiming the store was closed. this mcdonald’s is 24 hours and she was also wearing a headset outside into her car. they didn’t lock the door behind them, and smoked in their car? i’m confused how this is allowed and i also work in food service. you should be investigating this

  The door hours say it's open until 1230 am. I was able to order through the app at 1030 and at 1048 I couldn't walk inside to get my order because the doors were locked. I called and the guy he talked to was rude said they have always close at 11pm. Ok that's fine then why does it say 1230 on the door for the lobby and it's 11pm is close and it was 1048pm so that made no sense why they locked the doors. Anyway I got charged and never got my food so I couldn't tell u how it was. This McDonald's is horrible. I always have a bad experience.

  The place was so filthy everywhere. Dried ice cream spillings on the floor. Soda and French fries everywhere. The worst part ants on the trash bin. Omg close this place or clean it. If it is so dirty I can just imagine the food.
