  Employee named Lando is out of control. Yelling and cursing @ customers in line out of frustration because he cant jeep up with orders; is also trying to convince mobile order customers to cancel their orders when they arrive. What kind of mess is this?

  20 minutes for a cheeseburger again. At least this time I did not have to go on and remind them that I was waiting in parking spot #2. Last time I waited 30+ minutes and had to go inside...Progress????

  I didn't even want to put one star because of how frustrated i am. I ordered online from doordash and the doordasher stole my food because McDonald's is not doing there job and watching the doordashers check in the order like they supposed to and then I had to reorder my food. I called McDonald's to make sure they put the sauce in my bag that they forgot several times and to make sure they watch the next doordasher check in my order after I said somthing about the sauce before I can even get the rest out of what I was saying they hung up on me what a joke. I work at a fast food and this is not acceptable after I went through all that to get my food because they don't properly watch the delivery people check in the food I get disrespected and hung up on. As people should know without customers employees managers,ect. Will no longer have a job so u should watch how u treat them 💯

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Walked in 👀 and Immediately noticed how it was long wigs and locs hanging and swinging around the food with no hair nets on or even in ponytails LoL Waited 5-10 minutes just for someone to stare at me No Hi, how may I help you? Or nothing .. So I asked if they still had cookies and where they were just outta curiosity cus some McDonald's have em right at the counter so he casually points behind him somewhere and the what was apparently the manager ((Glorilla lookalike pre-surgery with a long blonde wig with pink streaks)) walks up..and again! NO HI, HOW MAY I HELP U ? but says "what's the problem?!" 🤨 In a aggressive tone like she wanted smoke. I said There is no problem I'm TRYING to order . And shes like "Oh ok.😏😏... I just heard manager" . When she know good n well nobody said nothing about a manger she just seen the kid pointing in the direction of the cookies so she walked up ASSUMING I was "causing a problem " and he was pointing out his manager 👉🏽. Then comes back up in the middle of me trying to finally order and gives him a bag to run outside to a car. Smh 🙄🤷🏽🤦🏽 Rude as heck, horrible customer service.. I just walked out. Lost a customer. People have no sense of respectfull customer service or appreciation anymore. Or just common human courtesy or consideration..
