- KTKing TeoMar 30, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at LaRosa’s Pizzeria on Chevy Road. When I arrived with my two young daughters, we were not seated in the order we came in. Several white couples who arrived after us were seated before us, even though there were only three of us. It was frustrating and honestly felt unfair. When we were finally acknowledged, we were placed at a large, long table meant for a much bigger group instead of a booth—despite the fact that I was there with two kids. Meanwhile, the couples who came in after us were seated comfortably in booths. The experience only got worse from there. We sat for about 15 minutes without any service at all—no drinks, no acknowledgment—while I watched other customers who arrived after us get attended to right away. My daughter even asked, “Daddy, where are our drinks?” which was really upsetting. At that point, I decided to leave. No one should feel overlooked or treated differently when simply trying to enjoy a meal with their kids. I hope this location takes a serious look at how they treat their customers and works to improve both their service and fairness moving forward.
