  Today’s experience was less than favorable. I placed my regular order, and the representative either didn’t hear or misunderstood me, but she gave me the wrong item. When I pointed out that it was incorrect, her response was less than satisfactory. It seems that since last week, when I was here, the register has been moved to a different location. I was standing where I thought the register was, but she never directed me to the other end of the counter where it had been moved. I proceeded to order because she didn’t ask for my rewards number. I gave her my rewards number, but she either entered it incorrectly or wasn’t listening, as she did not seem to register it properly. I repeated it multiple times. I waited for her to prompt me to see if I had any rewards, but she didn’t, so I checked my app and saw I had a five-dollar reward. I asked, "Can you see my reward on the system?" The entire experience was not my normal experience at the location I usually visit, and another customer interjected, saying it was an honest mistake. While the mistake may have been genuine, the interaction after that was still less than favorable, with no immediate correction or apology.

  To the server (male, younger man) who made me my birthday sundae on March 26th thank you so much!!! You also started singing Happy birthday To Me!!! AGAIN Thank you so very much!!! The sundae was delicious and you were so nice and pleasant. I had no money on me to tip you. I will try coming up there same time, dates pending next week to tip you!! If you know who you are and can tell me exactly when yur there, it'd even be better. Finneytown Graeters please recognize this employee!!!

  Great service, so nice and sweet of people here. It's like going into a snowglobe inside a warm cozy nursing home with lively fun people who make you feel better than u are. I even feel rich walking thru this place. Like an annexx room in Carlies Chocolate Factory or a winter wonderland. Just awesome vibes, atmosphere and people. Kudos to this location.

  Addison, Madison, Jalen and manager Allie are just awesome genuine sparks of light from start to finish. Big smiles, great service, sounded so nice even over the phone before coming in, I thought it was A.I. (lol, not kidding). Had a not so great interaction, but not only was it made right, I was heard, understood and the final results were amazing. Good people here. Always cozy:-)
