  The girl who waited on me was rude and wouldn’t stop talking to the other employee! She was smug and didn’t bother asking me about how I would like the shake! Yeah, this isn’t the first time she’s been rude!

  I’ve visited this ice cream shop multiple times, and unfortunately this has not been a one-time experience. The customer service has consistently felt disengaged and unwelcoming. During my most recent visit, I had to repeat my order multiple times, and there was little effort to communicate clearly or provide a positive experience. Customer service makes a big difference, especially for a local business, and I hope management takes steps to improve the overall service and attentiveness.

Despite a short 15-minute wait typical for such a popular spot, the service is efficient and friendly, earning a solid 9/10. Parking is surprisingly easy, adding to the convenience. Families should note that this particular location is not equipped with highchairs, catering more to a general audience. The overall atmosphere, rated 8/10, is vibrant and welcoming. I will be back!

  Flew into town from Houston- I love reviewing ice cream shops all over the US for my foodie instagram so of course I had to come here on my trip! I was happily greeted by a gentleman with a laptop/ seemed like an owner or manager. However, the employee behind the counter was kind of dismissive when I asked what flavors were the most popular or what she liked.. Answers were very short and not really helpful. Ended up getting what I read online was good, didn’t get to sample or get any feedback. Black Raspberry chocolate chip was pretty good, I liked the chocolate chunks in it. But would have loved to know more about the place and what other flavors were good! Ice cream was good but service wasn’t friendly and I was in and out in 5 min. /:
