The delivery person had picked up someone else’s much smaller and different order than my own. Immediate communication was made by the store, before the wrong order delivered , to try to make things right. The new trainees customer service was excellent attempting every avenue to assist even trying to help me figure out how to access my Apple Pay card number . Called again today to verify the refund was sent to my correct card number and the GM, Natasha, rest assured me that it was submitted today and took great care of me. I appreciate the store , their professionalism, customer service and the food always being hot and delicious for me and my family. I appreciate you all!
