    Fully paid for a frosty at the drive thru and only after did they tell me they didn’t have frostys and they are NOT ALLOWED TO DO REFUNDS. They did not even have ice cream as a backup. I had also asked for a fork which I never received. This is my third bad experience at this Wendy’s.

    absolutely awful, tried this place twice and regretted it both times first time i made a mobile order and waited about 5 minutes before i headed there to give them some time. when i went it it took me about 10 minutes of having employees look at me and not even try to take my order. when someone finally DID talk to me, they hadn’t even started the order yet. drive thru only had maybe 5 cars in it, figured maybe they were big orders so i brushed it off. took another 25 minutes to get my order and it was somehow cold despite being just made. watched several people walk in, not get help, and leave between that time. food was cold and incorrect but i didn’t have time to correct anything because i had used my entire lunch break standing there waiting. second time i went, i was the only car in the drive thru. the lady at the speaker was VERY rude and was talking so loud and so fast i could barely understand what she was saying and barely had time to make adjustments to my order. then she had offered something that i couldn’t even understand because she said it so fast and was talking so loud the speaker distorted it and it sounded like i was listening to a recording from an old nokia phone. got to the window and she was already holding the drink out, clearly trying to get me to leave as fast as possible. got very pissed off when i asked her to retry my payment and was shaking her head and mumbling under her breath. food was also cold this time and the nuggets were burnt. i used to work at wendy’s, so i get it, i know there’s a timer for drive thru times. but it costs absolutely no time to be kind to people. i don’t care if you hate your job, you work with customers. that kind of behavior just isn’t okay. and i promise it is okay to spend more than 5 seconds taking an order and giving someone their food. i was the only one in the line, there was no reason to be so insanely rude and in so much of a hurry that i could barely even order anything before you cut me off. tldr place is god awful. waste of time and money every time i go and i leave in a worse mood than the one i walked in with. good luck trying to get anyone to take your order
