- LKLindsey KincaidDec 31, 20251.0Can they shut this place down already? Just went through the drive thru and it was fairly slow even though there were only a few cars. I cannot understate how absolutely rude the woman was at the speaker. Worst person I’ve ever interacted with at a restaurant. I don’t want food from someone being mean and nasty, who knows what they do inside with the food if they’re so horrible to my face. The food was all cold, and the burger seemed old and very dry. The iced tea I ordered was basically flavored water, it was so light in color there was hardly any tea in it. I looked at it in front of the awful woman who handed it to me and she totally knew it wasn’t good but still gave it to me anyway and hoped I didn’t say anything. Then I get the window slammed in my face as I’m saying thank you. Horrible, horrible service all around. I regret eating the food. What a waste of a meal, of money, and of calories. Shame on all of the workers. I hope you learn to take pride in what you’re doing, even if you just work at Wendy’s.

Then she proceeded to tell me she couldn't take my order because she was trying to clean. Mind you I was there 2 hours before the posted closing time.

Ten minutes later they brought out two junior cheese burgers,chicken nuggets and small fries. Gave the bag back and stated I ordered a cobb salad. Another ten minutes go by and they return with two small side salad containers with chicken a sprinkling of cheese and chopped eggs, no tomatoes two tiny pieces of bacon, two packs of fried onions and two packs of dressing.....this does Not a Cobb Salad make. If you don't have any Cobb Salad just Say So. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I will never patronize Any Wendy's going forward.
