Third time at a Wendy's in the last year; not inspired to give any location another shot. Waited at the front counter for literally 10 minutes before my order was taken, while they focused solely on taking and filling drive thru orders (7pm on Halloween). Other customers behind me walked out. You can tell the man who took my order didn't want to be there as he was dropping fries and nuggets, bagging orders for drive thru and taking the lobby orders (me and 1 other person who decided to wait in an 18 minute time frame) and looked at me like I was bothering him. I still remained polite, having worked food service myself in past. I was hoping my trip to this location would be an improvement on the horrible experience at both the norwood and hartwell locations in the past. Maybe it's just a brand thing; Wendy's and customer service don't go hand in hand anymore. Save yourself the aggravation and just make the extra minute drive up the street to steak-n-shake.

Food was good and fresh, came for breakfast today. Fast service. Only complaint I have is I requested melted white cheese sauce and they gave me cheddar slice. Other than that I would definitely visit this establishment again IF the service is like this

they half filled our large fries. we order a spicy chicken sandwich, which comes with mayo, lettuce , tomato etc. this sandwich came with cheese. we also ordered sauces and they said they were out but we only received 50 cent back. i am upset
