It usually takes several minutes if not longer for them to even great you at the drive through. Then it takes even longer to actually get your food, even if you put your order in ahead of time with the app.

I love that it is a Wendys and Tim Hortons combined. Very convenient to minimize two stops for food and coffee. The bathrooms were not clean at all. There seemed to have been some kind of water leak coming from the men's restroom. The women's restroom really needed to be cleaned. They seemed to be understaffed on the Wendy's side. The cashier was trying her best to take orders while also getting the order ready for both in person customers and food delivery services. The customer service was okay, the cashier was cordial but nothing special. The food was hot and tasted fine. My family loves Wendys and would prefer them over other fast food establishments. However, more often then not I am finding that many of their establishments are poorly staffed and maintained.

SUPER SLOW SERVICE, consistently waiting 10-15 mins for food. I’d they dint have what you ordered through the app then you’re out of luck, you may be offered in my case a large frosty i almost $6 for a large fry or fountain drink, but not both. on top of that the food is either cold or on occasion very fresh. but there are almost always a mistake with my order.

Slow service. Food was OK. Wife noted to cashier that there was no toilet paper in the women's bathroom. They said they didn't have any and she could use the napkins. I am pretty sure this is a food service code violation. Never ever stopping there again. Should be reported.
