- JFJen nah Fah2 days ago1.0So i come here often!!! And when u come to a place often you get used to seeing the people and talking to them!!! Courtney is the hardest working person ive ever met!! Shes always here always showing up and doing a damn good job at what she does!! I was disappointed tonight when i got there and heard courtney over that speaker you can clearly tell she is sick!! I get to the window and omg she looks and sounds so bad!!! Im also a non emergency medical transportation driver and i see courtney at the dialysis clinic where i drop my patients!! I said girl why are you here??????? She said her boss made her come in!! Jackie you know courtney situation why on earth is she at work and shes sick!!??? This is sad and id never ever wanna work for someone who forces her manager to come to work and she is sick as a dog!!!! With underlying health conditions you knew about when you hired her 15 years ago!!

- CJCristopher JamesDec 10, 20251.0This is by far the stingiest Wendy's ive ever been to. The manager was there and handed me 2 ketchups for 2 cheeseburgers and a fry. I asked for more and she handed me 2 more. so 4 ketchups. that's enough for maybe the fries. When I ordered i explicitly asked for ranch the manager herself handed me the bag and I had to back up to the window because they have me nothing at first. THEN she charged me 50 cents for one ranch. these people act like they're personally shareholders with the small amount of power they have. I get it your miserable but don't take it out on the customer. no wonder this wendys rating is so low. it's even in a decent part of town. no excuses. and this manager particularly has been there a long time. I know because I worked here after hs 15 years ago lmao. maybe it's time for a change. js.
