That's management's fault, not the crew. Plus they screwed up my order: another thing that's easily fixed with dine-in and a headache with drive-thru.

The woman's was locked assumed that someone was in there as I didn't know they locked that bathrooms at this location. I needed to go I used the men's as it was unlocked. Next thing I know without anyone knocking is that a staff member and a guest and unlocking the door and just coming in the restroom while I'm using it! How embarrassing to say the least. You would think it would be protocol before unlocking any bathroom door to KNOCK!!!! JUST IN CASE! I never even got a sorry or anything, even when coming out of the bathroom and attempting to have a conversation with the staff about the situation I feel very violated for my privacy

She politely informed out of what was available and what was not due to the hour. We were so grateful to get something to eat, especially after being at the hospital for six hours. Thank you so much!

Although; I came in today. Got a jr bacon cheeseburger and I didn’t realize until I got home that I didn’t get my lettuce tomato and mayo on it. Not sure what that was about. But other than that it was good!
