    Food was underfilled and looked nothing like the amounts shown in the menu kiosk photos. Paid extra for sour cream cups. Cups are 3/4 empty. Horrible value. Full menu prices for 1/4 the advertised portions. Will not be coming back to the Blue Ash /Plainfield Rd location.

    I ordered off the app and everytime I get the wrong order or they just make everything sloppy I just got a order and never received the right thing I just spent $25 on food and didn't even get my moneys worth THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE…

    I just want to brag about the people here. If I had my own restaurant I would want these guys. They deserve a rave review. Thank you so much for taking the extra effort for me. I appreciate it and will not forget it.

    Had a mobile order that they forgot a cheesy Gordita and a quesorito, then the food we did have was cold and my spicy potato taco had exactly four little potato bits in it. We went back to reorder our missing items because I haven’t been able to eat in a few days and I really wanted this. Reorder, and then my cheesy Gordita was missing again, and had another sad, small potato taco. Extremely disappointed in the quality, and the fact I was offered a credit instead of a refund. Will not be coming back to this location.
