I get the food and half of the order has meat. Unprofessional tone on the phone, and will not issue refund unless I come in person even though I ordered on the app. The employee I spoke with was unclear when I asked what I needed to have to be issued the refund. Unfortunately I have already driven away and cannot make the trip back tonight so I'm not sure if I will get a refund for the wasted food. I have been to this taco bell many times, they typically make minor errors which I can get past, but putting meat in a meal where everything is ordered as vegetarian is disappointing and careless. People go to fast food establishments typically because they don't have the ability to do something better for themselves, which is the case for my family who is taking care of another dying family member. I will not be returning due to the extreme carelessness and unprofessionalism.
