I placed a delivery order through the mobile app. Waited over 30 minutes after expected delivery time, that’s fine, I expected a wait. However, the receipt on the bag says we should’ve had 11 food items, one large drink, one medium drink. I received 3 food items and two medium drinks. I tried to call three times, no one answered. I placed a complaint through the app, I received an email saying I have $10 off my next order through them. Not a single person reached out, no refund, and $10 in credit surely doesn’t cover the missing items. Horrible customer service.
