  They drive thru line was extremely long, it was around the building when I got there and around the building when I left. There were only two employees working tonight and I felt incredibly bad for them. Despite them being completely slammed the food was prepared accurately. It was hot and fresh. The service was friendly and courteous. I ordered the steak grilled cheese burrito I gave this four stars because it was spicier than I would prefer but nothing any one did wrong. I would probably get it again just with out the fiesta chips. Hats off to the two gentlemen holding the Taco Bell down tonight.

  Been coming here, for about 6 years since I was in high school. Everyone knows the drive thru at this location is tiny. I have to pull my F-150xl truck, at a wider angle in order to fit back to where they take the orders. But I have never had a problem. I guess they were bored and wanted drama, so they never took my order and I sat there waiting for 10 minutes until when another person pulled behind me and had to wait too, I pulled up to the window to talk to them. and the unpleasant drive thru lady said I didn’t register even tho they were sitting inside watching me sit there. I’m not even mad just wanted everyone who sees this to know this location just isn’t good workers anymore unfortunately. I wasn’t surprised to see all the other recent bad reviews it makes sense.

  stale food at night so probably expired i’ve worked in that environment before northern kentuckys taco bell’s is far better because they are actually managed and maintained. lady said i couldn’t substitute the burrito but after the time i spent working there that’s an absolute lie. horrible customer service today at 11:00 am just wanted something to eat and she was completely rude. if i was that gm i would fire employees but they defend this behavior hopefully no one gets sick !

  I love the staff here. I would drive all the way to Delhi from Bridgetown just to go to this store. They remember my order, ask about my son's football, & the food matches that energy (:
