  Got a meatball footlong for lunch. The meatballs were ice cold. Manager called me and argued with me on the phone for 10 minutes on how it was not possible that they were cold because they’re in a hot well that’s temped periodically throughout the day. I worked for subway for 10 years, I already know how it works. They offered to make me another meatball sub, but haven’t addressed the issue of them being cold, so basically they’re just offering to replace cold food with cold food. Oh, and they offered to put the meatballs in the microwave… 😂 If I wanted microwave meatballs, I’d go to the frozen section at Kroger. VERY CONDECENDING. “Know it all” manager.

  Doordasher/customer POV (point of view) Haley was OUTSTANDING! Amazingly sweet, professional and wonderful attitude. She is such a breath of fresh air! Had a pickup here friday evening and she informed me the location did not have eggs to make the customers 2nd item, asked me to call the customer and ask if they would like a substitution. As I waited for their response, she promptly made my order. This is now my future go to subway. Give her a raise that is worthy of her level of customer service, skill and professionalism.

  At this location I was treated like I was dumb and the person taking my order was very rude. This employee was named Kevin and he also dis-regarded many food safety issues aswell as displayed poor customer service. He used the same exact knife with multiple customers and sandwiches even when we tried to tell him we have allergies. Will not be comming to this subway again and would rather drive an extra 10 minutes to a different one.
