    I made a scheduled pick up order last week. I arrived 10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time and still had to wait for the 4 people who didn't make online orders to have their food made before mine even got started. Because my food hadn't been started till then, I asked for an alteration to my order while it was being made. All I asked for was for onions to be added before the sandwich was toasted. I was meet with a rude response and was told to add that on my online order next time otherwise she's not doing it. The employee then proceeded to scold me for 'not making my order right'. What difference does it make when my food wasn't even ready when I arrive, especially if I tipped? Long story short, I ordered, paid, and tipped ahead of time just to be berated and made late for my lunch break. I won't be going to this store or tipping in the future.
