If you try to be too specific in your instructions (like"go easy on the mayonnaise"), they may just ignore you and put on a quart of it. Tell them it's too much and you get an eye-roll. The only time I got them to slow down was when I told them they forgot to put an ingredient in that was listed in the items description. Then, they took time to chastise me for not telling them earlier.
