We went inside and found that our coneys hadn’t even begun to be made. In total, we waited 30 minutes for a very simple order. When we finally got home, the 3-way potato was extremely hard and clearly undercooked—I could barely get a fork through it. This was especially disappointing, given that there were no other customers and three employees working. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
