  The frustration of having at least one person’s meal missing and/or the salad dressing is missing, we are shorted one cheese for a 3-way, etc. has reached a point where I have to say something. We learned long ago that lots of the order will be wrong/missing if we order for delivery so we go pick up now. I then take it all out of the bags and double check. 100% of the time (no exaggeration) one or more items is missing or wrong. We can’t trust that the veggie chilitos are veggie and not meat so I unwrap them. Tonight’s order was missing a cheese coney, one cheese for a 4-way and a chilito was meat instead of veggie. That means three of my family member’s meals were missing or partially missing. Their “system” for filling orders is so inefficient and set up for mistakes. We love Skyline and my out-of-town children look forward to our meals together. Please fill the orders as if your family is coming together and you want everyone’s meal to be complete so you can enjoy each other.

  Very frustrating. I've ordered Uber Eats from here multiple times and almost every time my vegetarian chili comes as the regular chili. I called and spoke with the manager, who was very understanding which I appreciate, however I'm out $10 for a tip on food I can't eat on top of the time wasted ordering it. This is a very busy time of year but you HAVE to pay attention to people's food. Dietary restrictions can make people severely sick if not paid attention to. It's not ok to gloss over this.

  Excellent Skyline experience on a cold and snow-covered night! Our server, the staff, and the manager were all first rate: friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was great: classic Skyline, served hot, fresh, and with a smile. The dining room was clean and was in the process of being cleaned after the dinner rush, and the kitchen was being cleaned and sanitized, just the way I would expect. The Beechmont location is busy and heavily trafficked, and the management takes great care of the operation, guests, and staff. Overall, excellent customer experience!

  First time trying and would go back their chili is definitely sweet compared to steak ‘n Shake, but it’s pretty good and the staff is extremely fast.
