Was overcharged in the drive-thru, called and talked to Mark, he offered my order as replacement, but because they were busy, said he would take me name down afterwards. Fast forward to today, I called in the verify if they would honor it, and a very rude female manager basically told me no, I won't offer what Mark promised, you can have half of what he offered and then hung up on me, after basically calling me a liar that I wait 15 to 20 mins every time in the drive thru. I will never spend another penny at this establishment and I went ahead and called corporate. Hope it was worth 3 cheese coneys and a sweet tea, to be extremely rude and unpleasant. Horrible customer service.
