The lady even asked me if I still wanted “the hot dog,” which made no sense because I clearly said coneys. I get all the way home after just getting off work, open the bag, and it’s coneys made the wrong way, soggy and not how I ordered them. To make it worse, I tried to call right away, but the store was already closed. This has never happened to me before, and I don’t know if the worker was new, confused, or just didn’t listen, but this was slow and careless. I expect better quality and attention to detail, and honestly I should be refunded for this order. Very disappointing.
