- AEangel e3 days ago1.0i just left here. i was a regular customer because usually the people are nice and when I order online, they leave sweet messages on my bag but today the lady behind the register was so passive, aggressive and rude. while a different lady was making my bowl, I wasn’t sure the name of The meat that I wanted, so I just pointed at it (not in a rude way ofcourse) and then she like yelled the name of the meat to me from the register, I already felt like that was a little unnecessary, but I brushed it off. I paid for my food and went to go sit down to eat it. my bowl was really soupy this time and usually that never happens so I went back up to the register and asked if I could get more rice, and then that lady said “why? we already gave you a good portion” i was just like taken aback. then she asked me if i was willing to pay three dollars for the extra rice and I would’ve paid it but because she was just so rude I just took my food and left. I will never ever eat at this location again. i wish i had gotten her name

- BHBonnie HarperSep 5, 20251.0I will not return I had lunch at this place today the brown rice was absolutely cold they have all the toppings on heating dispensers but the hot rice is at the bottom of the dispensers scoop the rice from the bottom my rice was not even lukewarm it was cold I talk to the customer service lady she stated that all toppings for the rice bowls are fresh everyday ! that may very well be true but when you pile the rice on top of the heating dispensers the rice on top is cold I will not return horrible! heat your rice in the microwave before serving it to your customer. I give this place a one star * also stock your condiment area with napkins because there were none!!!!!!
