However, they are open til 11 pm today (Wednesday) and I get there 15 minutes prior to 11pm to pay and pickup my order I put in on the app however she tells me I have to hand her my payment at the door and she'll bring the food out because "we don't let anyone inside an hour before closing." Um OK let's see how your manager or corporate feels because sounds to me like you're just trying to finish cleaning so you can leave right at 11 otherwise there would be no reason not to let me in, a paying customer.
